The United States of America is often first on the list of international travel destinations for Australians. We speak the same language and have a similar culture which makes travelling to America an attractive option for first time international travellers. 

We have visited the United States of America many times over the years and have had a wonderful time exploring the cities of San Francisco, Miami, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Boston and New York.

During our stay we have had the pleasure of working with I Love New York and Visit Montana tourism boards where we discovered the wonders of New York State and the seemingly endless beauty of Montana.

On a recent visit Ros returned to New York City as a solo female traveller, while Alan went off to explore the Catskills and the Hudson Valley in New York State.

Montana had always been on our wish list, so we were delighted when we had the opportunity to explore the city of Billings and other areas of Southeast Montana and Southwest Montana.

With so many states to see, we will be back to discover more of this fascinating country in the future.
